Elite Games LLC ("Elite Games," "we," "us") operates an indoor sports mini game park in Utah County, Utah and this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Waitlist form: when you join the waitlist we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

Bookings: game passes are purchased through our booking partner, Roller. Payment and booking details you enter there are collected and processed by Roller under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details needed to host your visit.

Job applications: applications submitted through our Google Form are collected by Google and shared with us so we can review them.

Device and usage data: if you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and ad interactions. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use your information to add you to our waitlist and tell you when game passes go live, to respond to your questions, to host and manage your bookings, to review job applications, to measure how well our ads perform, and to keep our website secure.

Waitlist details are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up with you. We may send you emails or text messages about Elite Games. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Elite Games, such as our CRM provider, our booking partner Roller, Google (forms and advertising), and our website host. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of targeted advertising. Utah residents have these rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for adults planning visits. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
