Agreement to these terms

By using this website, booking a game pass, or visiting the Elite Games LLC venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you book for a group, you confirm that every member of the group agrees to them as well.

Bookings and game passes

Game passes are sold through our booking partner, Roller, and are subject to Roller's checkout terms. Passes give your group access to our sport rooms for the length you purchase. Pricing depends on group size, day of the week, and pass length, and is shown at checkout.

You can reschedule your booking online. Refunds, if any, follow the policy shown at the time of purchase. Arrive on time; late arrivals may get less playing time.

Age and supervision

There is no strict age requirement, but we recommend players be at least 8 years old because of safety considerations and the complexity of the games. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while playing.

Safety and assumption of risk

Our games involve physical activity, including throwing, kicking, swinging, and running. Participating carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and accept these risks. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions, use equipment only as intended, and stop playing if you feel unwell. We may ask you to sign a participation waiver before playing.

Guest conduct

We want every group to have fun. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone who behaves unsafely, damages equipment, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or disrupts other guests, with no refund. You are responsible for any damage you cause on purpose or through careless behavior.

Scores, leaderboards, and photos

Game results are recorded digitally and may appear on the Elite Games leaderboard using the player name you provide. Photos taken at the Elite Champion Podium or elsewhere in the venue may be shared by Elite Games on its website and social media. Tell staff if you would prefer not to be featured.

Website use

All content on this website, including the Elite Games name, logo, text, and images, belongs to Elite Games and may not be copied without permission. Information on this site may change at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the venue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Utah law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
